Our primary revenue is from you, the patient. When you purchase a FOLiQA assessment (€59), that fee pays for your report. It covers the time, clinical input, and methodology that goes into giving you an independent, personalised verdict. No clinic has paid for your assessment. No clinic has influenced it.

We also receive referral fees from clinics — and we disclose every one. Your assessment report evaluates your candidacy, gives you a structured briefing on what determines clinic quality, and provides a personalised graft estimate and question list — all based on your specific case. It does not make a specific booking recommendation. If, after receiving your report, you wish to proceed with a clinic, FOLiQA will provide a specific clinic recommendation as a separate follow-up step. At that point, we will disclose the actual referral fee we receive from that clinic — before you make any decision. You will know the exact commercial arrangement before you act on it.
